Magnolia Lane, Milton GA

This 5-acre homesite at The Homestead in Milton involved full clearing and grading operations. The project required significant soil remediation, including the removal of unsuitable material and replacement with stone to achieve proper subgrade conditions.

Grandview Terrace, Canton GA

Grandview Terrace is a 122-townhome development in Canton, Georgia, built by David Weekley Homes. We were responsible for the installation of approximately 2,400 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer and 2,100 linear feet of reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) storm drainage.

Forsyth Business Center, Cumming GA

Forsyth Business Center, located in Cumming, Georgia, is one of our recently completed projects. For this project, we installed over 2,500 feet of RCP and 15,000 square feet of 60-inch CMP underground detention. We truly appreciated the opportunity to work with Vertical Earth on this endeavor.

Mystic Hills, Ball Ground GA

At the Mystic Hills Driving Range in Ball Ground, GA, our team was brought in to complete the remaining mass grading and finish grading across the site. We were responsible for building the tees, target greens, putting green, and chipping area, delivering a finished surface that is both functional and visually refined.

Sardis Farms,, Chattahoochee Hills GA

Sardis Farms is a new development in Chattahoochee Hills, GA, where we have completed clearing and grading for two home sites for Ladisic Fine Homes.
